REQUIREMENTS: 1) 2-4 years in experience related 2) Diploma or Bachelors in related field 3) Preferred field in Human Resource Management or Business Administration 4) Can start immediately or at least on 01 May 2025 JOB DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK: - Monitoring employee’s attendance & disciplinary issues - Prepare the annual appraisal performance - Responsible on hiring process (new employee and internship student) - Responsible for managing seminars/training related to employees and directors - Well verse with employment act and amendment act - Prepare final salary for submission to finance department (payroll is under finance) - Responsible on renewal of company and directors’ registration (BEM, MOF etc.) - Monitor and organize the work of administrative assistants - Responsible for the preparation of the ISO 9001:2015 audit (as a member of the ISO team) - Responsible for other HR related matters - Assist on preparation of tender documents NOTE: PLEASE EMAIL RESUME ON YOUR OWN FORMAT TO [email protected]
