Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Strategy & Execution Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with business goals. Identify and implement emerging technologies to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives and oversee their successful implementation. 2. Technology Implementation & Innovation Evaluate and integrate cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI, IoT, RPA, and other automation tools. Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing IT infrastructure and business processes. Work closely with IT, operations, and leadership to enhance digital capabilities. 3. Process Optimization & Automation Analyze current workflows and implement business process automation (BPA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Utilize data analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize decision-making and operational efficiency. Enhance customer and employee experience through digitization of services and self-service solutions. 4. Change Management & Training Lead organizational change management strategies to ensure adoption of digital tools and platforms. Conduct training programs for teams to enhance digital literacy and technology adoption. Serve as a digital evangelist, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 5. Cybersecurity & Compliance Ensure all digital initiatives adhere to data security, privacy laws, and compliance standards (GDPR, ISO, etc.). Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to mitigate risks related to digital transformation. Establish governance frameworks for safe and efficient digital adoption. 6. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital initiatives. Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights and industry best practices. Stay updated on the latest technology trends, tools, and methodologies to drive continuous innovation. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, business process automation, or technology consulting. Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects in medium to large enterprises. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI/ML, RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), IoT, and data analytics tools. Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and workflow automation tools. Understanding of Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies. Soft Skills: Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Strong communication and leadership abilities to drive digital culture change.
