PRIMARY OBJECTIVE : To assist other staff manage assignments (but not limited to the responsibilities below) RESPONSIBILITIES : • To assist prepare monthly closing account • To assist payroll processing for clients using a payroll software • To assist prepare and submit SST returns based on information from accounting software used • To assist liaise with auditors/tax agent relating to accounting clients • To assist other staff in collecting information and documentation in the planning stage. • To assist other staff in key-in information in the system • Drafting emails and letters, liaison with clients and relevant authorities. • Ad-hoc duties assigned QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : Student University/College/Polytechnic SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS : Computer literate, familiar with MS Word, Excel and Power Point BENEFITS : • On the job training by supervisors and a comfortable working environment. • Exposure to various types of industries and businesses • Exposure to any relevant act. • Supervised by senior and manager. • Opportunity to be full-time staff
