Quality Control: Ensure all repair and maintenance work meets industry standards and company specifications. Training & Development: Assist in training new mechanics and apprentices, sharing knowledge and best practices. Requirements: Experience: Extensive experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, particularly with heavy-duty lorries. Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in lorries. Specific expertise in engine and gearbox fixing. Optional familiarity with wiring and welding. Experience with Lorry Brands: Familiarity with brands including specific maintenance requirements. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and respond to emergency repairs outside the primary work site. Immediate Availability: Candidates who can start work immediately or shortly thereafter are preferred.
