Production Job Scope: -Supervision and Operations: -Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient and smooth operations. -Identify and address both anticipated and unexpected production issues. -Maintain and optimize production schedules to enhance labor, machine, and material usage. -Compliance and Standards: -Ensure all production activities adhere to GMP and SIRIM standards. -Coordinate with farm, purchase, and store to facilitate smooth operations. -Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of machines and CPPC areas at the end of each shift. Team Management: -Recruit, train, and evaluate workers -Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to workers for continuous improvement. -Production Planning and Coordination: -Assist the CPPC Manager in managing production schedules. -Complete packaging orders on time, ensuring accuracy and defect free products. -Ensure proper consumption of order components. Production Administrative -Test out production flow ie post-harvest information being included in the system. -To collect and generate data from farm to input into ERP system for Phase 2 set up and implementation -To understand the operations flow in the CPPC/production/ farm to match with system or discuss with MIS Manager, PIC and related for process change to ensure smooth transition and implementation. -To train up new users for the ERP system as and when needed -To provide technical support to ERP system users across different departments. -To collaborate with departmental users in ensuring compliance with the business process implemented in ERP system. -To assist in the implementation of new ERP system and future upgrades in the system. -To keep record of all the manual and processes in a shared file to be accessed by MIS manager and CPPC, billing, Farm and Production -To work with department to ensure all are linked especially warehouse, purchasing, CPPC, Genting, billing and production Billing Job Scope: -To create invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to the customers. -Ensuring customer’s account, services and pricing are set up correctly and are billed as per the contractual agreement. -Ensure the integrity of data entered the billing system and minimize rework. -Coordinate with Merchandisers, team, buyers and logistics for return goods and or quality products delivered or issue regarding returns and report back to management for solution -Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities: -3 and above years or working experiences in food production sector -Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements -Strong Excel & MS Office skills. -Billing system experience. -Strong problem solving and negotiation skills. -High level of organization and prioritization skills with the ability to delegate when necessary. -Ability to multi-task and work with others in a team environment to achieve team and individual goals. -Proven ability to perform data entry and troubleshooting with accuracy and efficiency -High levels of self-motivation. -Willing to work at Cameron Highlands, Bertam Valley
