- To support Project Manager (or other member assign by HOD) and represent the Company (when required) in project execution and maintains official communication with the Client and other parties. - Defines and understand project scope and objectives including Client’s Contract terms and condition stated in Contract Document. - Assisting Project Manager (or other member assign by HOD) to manage all project personnel matters and settles all problems concerning construction activity Duties and Responsibilities a) To understand and execute the Project base on ITB requirement and to ensure the overall project construction activity are in accordance to relevant ISO Procedure, Project standard working Procedure and Quality Management System. b) To execute project execution and all related activity base on approved document/drawing. c) To support on project kick-off meeting among manager and engineer involves in project execution and explain generally the scope of work requirements as specified in the final Contract Document, Organization, Line of Communication, Project Document etc. Periodical to conduct meetings particular Project personnel and/with Client whenever required. d) To coordinate and establish the Overall Construction Schedule and identify critical work activities and analyze the project progress versus project schedule planned on regular basis in order to meet project schedule requirements. d) To monitor, control and analyze overall construction progress for each work category and take proper and immediate action as required. Inform all relevant parties to take immediate action once any possible delay identified. e) To prepare summary and detail costing/ working budget for the construction activity to management or Project Manager for approval. f) To verify any work progress claim and invoices received from Consultant, Subcontractor & Vendors etc. h) Obtains all necessary Client approval. g) To study and understand purchased equipment/ material/ Requisition/ Subcontract/ Purchase Order include overall contract document. h) To execute the project by working together with a group of Engineering Manager, Procurement Manager, Project Controller, and Commissioning Manager. i) To work with group of project engineer/superintendent, and lead group of supervisors for construction. j) To produce progress claim according to the progress milestone whenever necessary. k) To produce on Change Notice preparation and Variation Order if there is any. Qualifications • Degree in Engineering • Degree in other field (under special consideration
