Responsible for overall performance of the Program Engineers in managing customers' activities in the organization Responsibilities: 1. To manage key business activities, review and countercheck customer's requirement (purchase order and sales order). 2. To work on the Company's vision and business strategy with short term and long term action plans to present the Company Business plan. 3. To monitor progress of the project in meeting customer's requirements. 4. To define timeline for project implementation and review customer's manufacturing agreement contracts. 5. To liaise with customer for damaged, faulty and lost equipment/tooling inclusive of cost issues. 6. To coordinate and manage all equipment/consigned tooling, review and get status update from respective departments 7. To coordinate with customer to obtain all required data for each project. 8. To release RFQ information to Products Engineering and Materials Departments and to monitor that further progress is being carried out accordingly. 9. To monitor shipment status and review sales order backlog on monthly basis and to ensure that the root cause are been rectified. 10. To compile customer satisfaction survey form, review and highlight 11. Customer's feedback to Quality Management Team. 12. To review customer's Manufacturing Agreement/Contracts. 13. To guide program engineers in program execution. 14. Responsible in implementing the Quality Management System and maintaining its effectiveness and for meeting regulatory and customer requirements 15. Responsible for overseeing the program process related to cybersecurity projects and products. This role involved managing a team of Program developing and implementing strategies, ensuring that cybersecurity ricastures are effective and collaborative with developement teams to address vulnerabilities and enhance system defenses. 16. Follow information security policies, procedures and guidelines such as established by the organization. The Program Manager has full authority to make decision and take necessary action to carry out the responsibilities assigned as long as such action does not deviate from the Company Policy and Practice.
