SOCIAL COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATE

> Develop implement, and update social compliance policies and procedures to align with ESG, SER, CSR and security standards. > Assist in conducting internal audits, surveys, and inspection to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with security and sustainability requirements > Plan and conduct internal audits to asses performance compliance with sustainability and relevant security standards > Coordinate external third party audits, ensuring readiness and adressing findings in corrective action plan reports. > Communicate sustainability and security requirements to both internal and external parties, ensuring alignment with the company's supplier code of conduct > Support sustainability and security initiatives by assisting with data collection, analysis, and monthly reporting of performance metrics. > Assist in security management by overseeing the security system in the factory > Help coordinate security protocols and the implementation of security control measures, including security training programs. > Develop and follow up on corrective action plans using the PDCA method with relevant cross-functional teams.
