1. Certified OSH Coordinator (DOSH) and CePSWaM (DOE), and are familiar with ISO 14001 will be an added advantage. 2. Assisting in the overall supervision of interactions with goverment agencies to ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental (EHS), and other legal requirements (DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, PBT, etc.) 3. Assisting in the formulation, establishment, and review of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies, procedures, safety operating procedures (SOPs), OSH forms, HIRARC, etc. 4. Organizing, implementing and promoting OSH programs/trainings in the workplace 5. Conducting quarterly Safety & Health Committee Meetings and workplace safety audits, and preparing meeting minutes. 6. Preparing Monthly Safety & Health Report and ensuring that all potential improvements are addressed in a timely manner. 7. Coordinating, monitoring, and compiling EHS information and data, analyzing reports for discussion, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 8. Conduct industrial accident investigation, report to authority & coordinate corrective/preventive action when necessary. 9. Submit JKKP8 on yearly basis via MyKKP 10. Manage eSWIS system & scheduled waste management 11. Conduct necessary monitoring to evaluate & ensure compliance of daily operation. 12. Coordinate sustainability reporting (ESG) to HQ
