Job Responsibilities: • Assists in building a preventive culture in COO and O&T Malaysia. • Collaborates in identifying, assessing, and reporting on technology risk across IT systems and processes. • Coordinates Technology risk assessments in response to regulatory examination, internal audits, and other oversight activities. • Facilitates staff awareness training for Operations risk, Technology risk & compliance to build awareness & understanding. • Implements Operations & Technology risk prevention initiatives/programs in MY. • Manages relationships, facilitate discussions with stakeholders for COO and O&T division on Technology risk matters. • Supports the review and update of Operations & Technology risk related policies, standards, guidelines, and processes. • Tracks, monitors, and manage audit observation and risk acceptance to ensure timely closure of action plan. Job Requirements: • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Technology risk, information security or related IT fields (Big 4 employees are encouraged to apply). • Knowledge: Basic understanding of Technology risk management principles, regulatory requirements (e.g. BNM RMiT, MAS TRM). • Skills: Ability to conduct training. Able to work in a structured team composition. Detail orientated and meticulous in carrying out assigned duties. Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Innovative and willing to learn including new technology skills. Proactive, able to work and manage assignment independently. Reliable and able to work under pressure.
