As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team and support day-to-day administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time - Draft and format letters, email correspondence, and official documents - Assist in preparing and sending bank confirmation letters for audit purposes - Maintain proper filing of physical and electronic documents - Provide general administrative support to audit and accounting teams - Manage office supplies, documentation, and correspondence - Assist in coordinating with clients for document follow-ups and appointments Requirements: - Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or related field - At least 1 year of administrative experience preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply) - Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Able to work independently with minimal supervision What We Offer: - Supportive and friendly working environment - Opportunities for training and professional development - Exposure to audit and accounting industry operations - Convenient office location
