As the Manager, Logistics Analytics you will lead a team responsible for providing in-depth logistics insights, from geographical operations and fleet performance to delivery efficiency and cost optimization. You will work closely with the Logistics, Operations, and Product teams to ensure data-driven decision-making supports our scaling needs and improves customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Managing a team of analysts to develop actionable insights that optimize logistics operations, reducing costs, and improving delivery times. Building and maintaining dashboards and metrics for platform productivity, delivery speed, and logistics costs to support day-to-day and strategic logistics decisions. Collaborating with Operations and Product teams to improve processes, such as route optimization, fleet utilization, and last-mile delivery efficiency. Conducting hands-on data analysis, using SQL and analytics tools, to support deep dives into logistics performance and identify areas for improvement. Implementing data models that enhance demand forecasting, inventory planning, and operational capacity management. Providing regular reports on logistics KPIs to senior management, with insights into key trends, issues, and areas for operational efficiency gains. Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Science, or related field. Around 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with proven record of leading teams and growing other analytics professionals Around 3 years of experience or more in logistics, supply chain, or operations analytics, with a proven track record of delivering insights to drive efficiency and cost savings. Advanced SQL skills and experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in forecasting and optimization. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for logistics stakeholders. Familiarity with fleet management, inventory planning, and warehouse operations is a plus.
