Responsibilities: • Plan, manage, supervise, co-ordinate and monitor all building operation including the use of the common area, access control, security procedures, cleaning building maintenance, lifts usage, tenant conditions and parking management. • Planning and preparing monthly maintenance report. • Prepare a monthly report on the status of building defects/complaints and provide recommendation actions. • Ensure all authority regulations are complied with and all license, authority registrations and inspections pertaining to facilities renewed on time. • Supervise facilities and building upgrading, refurbishing and renovation work. • To source contractor/vendors to facilities, maintenances and operations of the building facility. • Prepare yearly maintenance budget and manage yearly maintenance budget as planned. • To develop and maintain safety and security strategies as well as policies and procedures to protect the Company’s properties, tenants and customers. • Responsible in Evacuation Drills and planning of emergency response procedures. • To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time. Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management or Property Management • At least 10 years of working experiences in the related field • Good verbal and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia • Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required • Knowledge in authority regulations, BOMBA Act, Building by Law and OSHA Act • Familiar with Strata Management Act 2013 rules and orders Interested candidates are invited submit resume to [email protected] Only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
