ACCOUNTING / FINANCE DEPARTMENT – Accounting Clerk Responsibilities Perform data entry for daily accounting records. Prepare issuance of invoices, receipts, and simple payment vouchers. Manage petty cash and assist with basic reconciliations. Assist with bank deposits, statement checking, and attention to detail in document filing. Organize and maintain accurate records in the accounting system. Support senior accounting staff in routine tasks as required. Expectation: Reliable team player who takes initiative to coordinate with Management, Accounts, and Project teams for smooth workflow. Detail-oriented and cooperative in performing support functions. Maintains accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in handling financial data. Takes ownership of assigned tasks with a proactive and responsible attitude. Follows company policies and SOPs in all financial and administrative practices. Tech-savvy and open to learning new digital tools or systems used by the company. Requirements SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Business, or a related field. 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of accounting systems. Responsible in handling documents and consistent in follow-up tracking. Displays a naturally respectful, well-mannered, and trustworthy character. Possesses a positive attitude, is self-motivated, and able to work independently with integrity. Good interpersonal skills and clear communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of accounting software is an advantage. Communicates well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
