JOB DESCRIPTIONS: - Our agency is looking for self-driven individuals who are results-oriented and highly persuasive to join our revenue team. - You should have interests and fundamental knowledge in Advertising, Marketing, Communications and Public Relations. - You will proactively generate leads and go on sales visits to seek out business opportunities by connecting with your network of existing client base and/or new prospects. - You will engage all potential clients by understanding their business objectives and presenting relevant solutions to generate interest. - You are expected to negotiate effectively with decision makers in securing new contracts so as to achieve your monthly sales targets. - If you have what it takes to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced PR and marketing industry, we would like to hear from you. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identify marketing/PR needs of potential clients; seek out and secure meetings with key decision makers. - Prepare and present effective solutions to potential clients helping them connect their business with their target audience. - Deliver compelling sales presentations. - Negotiate effectively with clients. - Ensure professional representation with every client interaction. - Achieve individual sales targets. - Be conscientious in learning and upgrading professional knowledge. QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum 1-2 years corporate sales experience with proven track record in sales achievement. - Excellent presentation skills targeting B2B and B2G business environments. - A relationship builder who is confident and resourceful. - Strategic approach in all dealings with strong negotiation and planning skills. - Highly disciplined with drive, details orientated. - Proficient in MS Office e.g. Word, Excel & Powerpoint - Good knowledge of PR and Marketing.
