Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in Oleochemical or Oil Refinery manufacturing PREFERRED. Strong knowledge of purchasing raw materials (CPO, CPKO, RBDST, etc.) OR HAS THE ABILITY TO PICK UP THIS KNOWLEDGE IF HIRED. Familiarity with QHSAS and Food Safety Management systems - PREFERRED. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Mandarin-speaking advantageous Non-Mandarin speakers with strong industry experience will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all raw material purchases, contract follow-ups, Palm oil compliance, and coordinate deliveries with suppliers and production. Procure spare parts, packaging materials, lab, and process chemicals while ensuring budget control and adherence to purchasing procedures. Monitor market trends and material availability, ensuring competitive sourcing. Ensure quality and specification compliance for all received goods. Implement and maintain the company’s QHSE, Food Safety Management System, and Responsible Care Program. Provide training and awareness for employees on safety culture and compliance.
