Job Description This role's primary responsibilities are to support the department in installing machines at the client site and servicing faulty hardware. Hardware preparation, verification, delivery, and installation for POS operation system implementation. Provide online or onsite support services to clients in order to test and diagnose hardware and network issues or malfunctions. Provide services for customer image data implementations as required from time to time. Check, respond and resolve tasks from the ticketing system. Any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by management. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma level education in Computer & IT, or relevant fields. Basic understanding of IT hardware and software. Having own transport and a GDL license is an added advantage. Willing to travel outstation when required. The required languages are Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. Able to take initiative, be proactive at work, and independent in problem-solving. Able to multitask and commit to meeting deadlines. Ability to work independently and be a good team player. Good communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
