  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

POSITION CNC TURNING MILLING PROGRAMMER EXPERT CIRCLE SPIN PRECISION ENGINEERING SDN BHD. Seeks a CNC TURNING MILLING PROGRAMMER EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development  Design and write programs for CNC turning and milling machines using CAD/CAM software  Create complex, precise CNC programs using G-code, M-code, and other machine- specific programming languages  Use GD&T to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.  Develop CNC programs for both turning and milling machines using software  Operate and troubleshoot 2-axis, 3-axis, and multi-axis CNC turning machines.  Utilize live tooling and Y-axis turning for complex part geometries.  Troubleshoot and modify existing CNC programs to optimize machining processes  Program and operate multi-axis CNC machines  Diagnose and resolve CNC machine issues such as incorrect tool paths, poor surface finish, or misalignment  Ensure that all CNC operations follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents, tool damage, or machine failure  Simulate machining processes to ensure tool paths and part accuracy before actual machining  Work with manufacturers to source specialized cutting tools for difficult-to- machine materials  Work with multi-material composites, ensuring machining processes minimize delamination or degradation  Handle exotic materials and ensure you’re selecting the best machining practices to avoid material damage or excessive wear  Utilize synchronous machining to synchronize turning and milling actions during part production for higher precision  Incorporate tool breakage detection and auto tool change logic  Implement chip-breaking strategies and coolant nozzle adjustments  Document and validate part dimensions using CMM and manual gauges  Analyze surface roughness and apply corrective changes in the program  Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for CNC machines to ensure high-performance levels and minimize downtime  Ensure that all CNC operations follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents, tool damage, or machine failure.  Provide input into the design phase to ensure that parts are designed with machining feasibility and efficiency in mind REQUIREMENTS: The required skills for the position CNC TURNING MILLING PROGRAMMER EXPERT are: Min 5 years’ experience CNC TURNING MILLING PROGRAMME Expertise in CAD/CAM software Expertise in multi-axis machining Experience with advanced CNC Programming Ability to interpret GD&T Understanding of Materials and Cutting Conditions
