Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for insurance-related projects (Life, General, or Health Insurance). Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points, and goals. Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with software development and QA teams to ensure technical solutions meet business expectations. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios, facilitating testing sessions, and validating outcomes. Participate in system implementation, integration, and enhancement activities. Analyze and model business processes using tools like BPMN, flowcharts, or other standard notations. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and walkthroughs to gather and validate requirements. Provide support for post-implementation reviews and issue resolutions. Maintain requirement traceability and update documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT sector. Domain expertise in Insurance (Life, General, or Health Insurance) is mandatory. Strong knowledge of insurance products, operations, and regulatory requirements. Experience in system implementation or transformation projects within the insurance industry. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to create detailed documentation such as BRD, FSD, use cases, and user stories. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and other documentation tools.
