Job Summary: The Pavement Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, evaluation, and maintenance of pavement structures. This role ensures the durability, functionality, and safety of road surfaces while communicating effectively with international clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities: 1.Design new pavement structures based on traffic load, environmental factors, and material specifications. 2.Conduct pavement condition assessments and recommend maintenance or rehabilitation strategies. 3.Analyze soil, material, and traffic data to ensure structural integrity and compliance with standards. 4.Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation. 5.Monitor and supervise pavement construction and repair works to ensure quality and adherence to design. 6.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues on-site. 7.Ensure all pavement designs meet local and international regulations. 8.Communicate with overseas clients and suppliers to align project requirements and deliverables. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience: Prior experience in pavement design, construction, or maintenance is preferred. Skills: Proficient in pavement design software and relevant engineering tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good project management and documentation skills. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with overseas clients. Knowledge of international pavement standards and practices.
