Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and driven Business Development Manager to lead the charge in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan aligned with KipleCity’s strategic goals. • Market Penetration & Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients, partnerships, and projects within property development, facility management, and municipal councils. • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in real estate, parking operators, government agencies, and retail businesses. • Proposal Development: Craft compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to communicate KipleCity’s value proposition. • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, technology, operations, and marketing teams to ensure solutions are tailored to market needs. • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue targets and ensure profitability of new partnerships and deployments. • Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify emerging trends, client pain points, and innovative opportunities. • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor and report on performance metrics, pipeline development, and business growth targets. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in tech, property, or urban solutions. • Proven track record of securing high-value deals and managing stakeholder relationships. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities. • Knowledge of urban digital solutions such as smart parking, e-wallet integrations, or prop tech is a strong advantage. • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
