- Coordinate weekly stock replenishment and ensure on-time deliveries
- Act as the main point of contact for Watsons regarding promotions and campaigns
- Work closely with marketing and logistics teams to ensure execution of retail plans
Operational Administration
- Maintain visibility over tasks and projects within the Operations team
- Track deliverables and ensure timely completion from various team members
- Compile and report on progress, challenges, and team performance
Procurement & Sourcing (China)
- Communicate with existing suppliers for stock and packaging orders
- Source new SKUs and packaging options that align with brand standards
- Compare quotations, handle invoicing, and manage shipments from China to Malaysia
- Minimum education is Degree
- 2–5 years experience in operations, admin coordination, or related fields
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a big advantage
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, project management tools (e.g., Google Sheet, Microsoft)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or livestream environments is a plus
