We are looking for Product Specialist to join our team in tapping into potential client opportunities and growing new business. You will be responsible for supporting the team to achieve new business. You will be responsible for Sales target set per year As a Product Specialist, you will also be responding to RFI’s, RFP’s while using your excellent communication skills to persuasively articulating Concept Health’s solution and business value. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, conduct market research, and develop strategies to expand market share. • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and provide technical support to clients. • Engage with healthcare professionals to understand their workflow, recommend suitable solutions, and define product specifications. • Manage contract negotiations, close deals, and achieve sales targets. 2. Customer Relationship Management & After-Sales Support • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and follow-ups. • Provide after-sales support, address inquiries, and gather customer feedback to improve product offerings. • Train and educate clinicians on product usage, ensuring proper implementation and optimization. 3. Tender & Administrative Management • Monitor tender opportunities, prepare and submit tender documents, and ensure compliance with relevant requirements. • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to nurture leads and schedule meetings. • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain customer databases while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. 4. Marketing & Industry Engagement • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and network with potential customers. • Support marketing initiatives, including product trials, promotional campaigns, and competitive intelligence gathering. 5. Project Implementation & Clinical Support • Assist in the development, training, and execution of new product implementations in hospitals. • Provide on-site product support and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless integration into hospital operations. • Participate in clinical and marketing product evaluations and recommend policy improvements based on best practices. 6. Other Responsibilities • Engage internal and external stakeholders to explore business growth opportunities. • Respond to RFIs and RFPs, supporting the sales cycle from proposal to closing. • Perform additional duties as assigned by the company. Requirements: • Degree / Diploma • Strong knowledge of hospital workflow and current clinical advancement • Strong business acumen • Demonstrate exemplary verbal and written communication, and presentation skills, ability to tailor communications for technical and non-technical audiences. • Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. • Proven ability to be both a team player and work independently • Self-motivated, problem solving, team-minded entrepreneurial attitude • Able to think out of the box and adapt to changing priorities
