Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and filing systems
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Assist with organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities
- Help draft HR-related documents such as offer letters, warning letters, and HR policies
- Track employee attendance and assist in leave management
- Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and labor laws as needed
- Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics
- Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
