Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and filing systems
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
  • Assist with organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities
  • Help draft HR-related documents such as offer letters, warning letters, and HR policies
  • Track employee attendance and assist in leave management
  • Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and labor laws as needed
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics
  • Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
