Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment
  • Handle cash, credit, QR-pay, or online transactions with customers
  • Ensure invoice pricing is correct
  • Issue change, receipts, or gate pass
  • Cash desk invoice in SAP
  • Redeem Free Service Coupon, E-Service Voucher, & Sales Campaign Voucher
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
  • Sell, receive payment & provide customers the information regarding merchandise items
  • Bag items carefully
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
  • Keep reports of transactions
  • Answer customers' questions and get an executive or manager if the answer doesn't solve the issue
  • Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Have a good personality
  • Excellent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both oral and written
  • Must possess a high level of discipline, work ethics, and integrity
  • Able to multi-task, cheerful, energetic, creative, positive mindset, and self-motivated
  • Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to start work immediately

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
