Keysight Calibration Engineering organization develops calibration software and provides software-related solutions for our worldwide customer service centers. We drive innovation and leverage cutting-edge technology to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
We are seeking a motivated R&D Operating Manager to lead a team of innovative engineers in developing calibration platforms, procedures, and software solutions. This role will focus on modernizing legacy calibration software to meet industry standards and customer requirements while closely collaborating with our global service organizations to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Empower team members by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and supporting career growth.
- Manage projects following the Keysight Product Life Cycle, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation of all processes, developments, and implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Keysight, including R&D, planning and service centres, to achieve business goals.
- Proactively address team challenges and ensure an environment that promotes high performance, accountability, and job satisfaction.
- BS or MS degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Effective people management skills to lead and inspire a team.
- Strong domain knowledge in test and measurement technologies.
- Proven project management experience in software development from concept to ship release.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience as a team lead with direct reports.
- Experience working with international teams.
- Knowledge of ISO 17025 standards.
