POSITION - ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

LOCATION - SECTION 15, SHAH ALAM

SALARY - RM 7500-8000

Tasks & responsibilities

 Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Reports.

 Prepare weekly and monthly Cash Flow Reports

 Verify and approved supplier payments and monitor credit control.

 Monitor utilisation of banking facilities.

 Preparation of bank application (RC, LC, BG, BA etc).

 Monitor AR Aging and highlight long overdue customers.

 Responsible in Company Taxation. Ensure Tax Computation information prepare and submit

to Tax Agent accurately and timely.

 Review of tax payable and provision required in financial statement

 To lead and co-ordinate the preparation of Company budget.

 To prepare monthly prepayments, accruals, and provisions

 To prepare monthly financial closing.

 To prepare Forex/Realised gain or loss for AP and AR.

 To undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Knowledge/ Skills / Competencies:

 Excellent Microsoft Office skills

 Handling full set of accounts

 Experience in ERP system will be added advantage.

 Ability to work independently, self-driven, positive working attitude and meet tight

deadline.

 Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
