POSITION - ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER
LOCATION - SECTION 15, SHAH ALAM
SALARY - RM 7500-8000
Tasks & responsibilities
Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Reports.
Prepare weekly and monthly Cash Flow Reports
Verify and approved supplier payments and monitor credit control.
Monitor utilisation of banking facilities.
Preparation of bank application (RC, LC, BG, BA etc).
Monitor AR Aging and highlight long overdue customers.
Responsible in Company Taxation. Ensure Tax Computation information prepare and submit
to Tax Agent accurately and timely.
Review of tax payable and provision required in financial statement
To lead and co-ordinate the preparation of Company budget.
To prepare monthly prepayments, accruals, and provisions
To prepare monthly financial closing.
To prepare Forex/Realised gain or loss for AP and AR.
To undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time.
Knowledge/ Skills / Competencies:
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Handling full set of accounts
Experience in ERP system will be added advantage.
Ability to work independently, self-driven, positive working attitude and meet tight
deadline.
Qualifications & experience
Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
