Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Respond promptly to repair requests and troubleshoot facility-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain the condition of machinery, tools, and building structures.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or repairs.
- Support office and production area setups, relocations, or renovations as needed.
- Ensure safety compliance and report any hazards or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.
- Assist in emergency response procedures (e.g., power failures, fire drills).
- Participate in energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Facility Manager or Supervisor.
Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Facility Management, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or related technical roles.
- Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Basic knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
- Willing to work on-call or overtime if required.
