  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
  • Respond promptly to repair requests and troubleshoot facility-related issues.
  • Monitor and maintain the condition of machinery, tools, and building structures.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or repairs.
  • Support office and production area setups, relocations, or renovations as needed.
  • Ensure safety compliance and report any hazards or unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.
  • Assist in emergency response procedures (e.g., power failures, fire drills).
  • Participate in energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Facility Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Certificate/Diploma in Facility Management, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or related technical roles.
  • Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
  • Willing to work on-call or overtime if required.
