a) Depot Operations Support

  • Assist the Depot Head in managing depot operations, including monitoring daily activities and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Help with the setup and preparation of new depots, including assisting in staffing, licensing, and facility readiness.
  • Aid in planning and organizing collection routes, optimizing vehicle use, and ensuring efficient collection volumes within assigned zones.
  • Assist with the management of used cooking oil (UCO) collection and transportation activities, including tracking and coordinating with transport teams.
  • Provide administrative support for PUSH inquiries, helping resolve system-related issues where needed.

b) New Outlet Assistance

  • Support the Depot Head in compiling and verifying documentation for new outlets.
  • Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely entry into systems (e.g., Google Forms).
  • Help coordinate cash payment arrangements for new outlets, as required.
  • Assist in planning and deploying drums to new outlets as part of the setup process.

c) PUSH Administration Support

  • Assist with new outlet acquisitions and UCO collection tasks.
  • Provide administrative support for drum deployments, ensuring the correct distribution of resources to outlets.
  • Help monitor PUSH participants’ daily operations, including collection schedules and cash payments.

d) Regulatory Compliance Assistance

  • Aid in ensuring that all relevant licenses and permits (MPOB, municipal, etc.) are up-to-date and in compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist with ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the depot.

e) Reporting & Systems Support

  • Help compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the Depot Head.
  • Assist in maintaining organized and secure records of all operational documents.
  • Support the administration of collection management systems and other related tools.
  • Provide assistance during the development and implementation of new systems (e.g., FHEES).

f) Customer Service & Communication

  • Assist in managing customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Provide support for urgent manual requests as needed.
  • Help ensure high-quality customer service standards are consistently met.

g) Other Duties

  • Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Depot Head.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
