Job Description
- Process every claim send by Company, record the data and follow up with the spare part team for the process claim accordingly.
- Check details and send the Warranty Claim to the relevant delivery.
- Check details on vendors, compare prices, meet them and place orders.
- Follows up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates.
- Maintains records and follow up files of purchases, shipments, and related matters.
- Maintains files of descriptions of available supplies.
- Issuance of Purchase Order for those repeat order items.
- Follow up with Supplier for the delivery time.
- Do PO and Invoice matching to ensure those two prices are according to our PO price.
- Key in Payment transaction and submit all the invoices to Finance Department on time.
- Help other purchasing team if has any other task required.
- Doing CE and SPV, PO matching with DO for account submission.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
