Responsibilities :

1) Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Identify and source potential leads and new project opportunities across Malaysia.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

2)Client Prospecting

  • Obtain contact details of key decision-makers and conduct cold calls to introduce company offerings.
  • Set appointments with potential clients.
  • KPI: Minimum of 4 client meetings per week.

3)Sales Meetings & Presentations

  • Attend sales meetings with senior sales team members.
  • Participate in and support client presentations and proposal discussions.

4)Proposal & Quotation Preparation

  • Prepare accurate and professional proposals, quotations, and relevant documentation based on client requirements.

5)Sales Follow-Up

  • Follow up persistently on leads and meetings until deals are closed.
  • Track and update sales pipelines regularly.

6)Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain positive and proactive communication with clients to ensure continued engagement and future project opportunities.

7)Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Project Management) to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

8)Complaint Resolution

  • Handle client feedback and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support in creating impactful sales decks and presentations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations to expand market presence.
  • Engage key stakeholders and decision-makers to unlock new business channels and project leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction management or a similar industry.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English is a must.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, flexible, and able to multitask across various projects.
  • Positive attitude and a strong team player mindset.
