Responsibilities
- To prepare shipping documents (Invoice & Packing List/Delivery Order).
- To perform system activities for store & logistics.
- Able to communicate and handle transportation arrangement with forwarders.
- To plan, monitor and facilitate transportation and shipping operations to be delivered on time and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Well communicating with internal and external parties to ensure all shipments are arranged, prepared, deliver and received in scheduled timeline.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly for compliance and record-keeping purposes.
- To perform system activities for inventory data key in & logistics.
- Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
Requirements
- At least SPM holder or Diploma holder or other equivalent certificates.
- 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Basic knowledge on Custom procedure, Incoterm awareness and understanding shipping & store process & requirements.
- Basic Computer knowledge.
