  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities

  • To provide IT solution to meet the business need that aligned to company strategic business objective.
  • Analyze user requirement, maintain and provide on-going support for the information system hardware, operation system, user account management, internet access, server, CCTV, antivirus, email, firewall, networking and database to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
  • Responsible for the existing infrastructure, network services, security audits, equipment master list and standard operational procedures.
  • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices.
  • Check computer hardware (mouses, keyboards, etc) to ensure functionality
  • Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
  • To troubleshoot and support end users on PC , printers and other peripherals for both software and hardware.
  • Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
  • Assist in performing hardware and software installation procedures.
  • Lay network cables and ensure that they are in good working order.
  • Document all processes in reference manuals for the purpose of guidance and training.
  • Assist in hardware and software inventory management.
  • Handle IT related documentation and make sure all IT supplies are available
  • Any other ad-hoc task may assigned by direct superior from time to time.

Requirement

  • Possess of Diploma / Degree in IT.
  • Basic programming knowledge and Share Point handling experience.
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Have knowledge in Computer Systems and IT Components.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Always stay updated with the technology and market needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
