Inventory Management Executive

Key Responsibilities: 1-Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability. 2-Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices. 3-Perform regular stock audits, reconciliations, and physical counts. 4-Coordinate with store, production and sales departments to align inventory levels with Operational needs and manage the timely disposal of obsolete or surplus stock. 5-Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in ERP or inventory systems. 6-Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues. 7-Prepare regular inventory reports and analysis for management. 8-Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. 9-Work closely with warehouse staff to optimize storage space and inventory flow. 10-Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control. 11-Reporting to Chief Finance Officer (CFO). Requirements: 1-Bachelor/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2-Diploma holder with extensive experience can be considered. 3-Minimum 5-8 years of experience in inventory management or a related role. 4-Knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Autocount etc.) 5-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. 7-Good communication and coordination skills. 8-Attention to detail and strong organizational skill
