JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To handle the customer enquiries and after sales services related to insurance business.· Enter and update customer information in the database / excel template · Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation· Handle customer database with integrity and confidently · Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales· To issue an offline quotation and cover note to the customer
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignment by supervisor from time to time.
  • Able to meets standards of quality, completed in a timely manner, and in accordance with company policies.
  • Must be very organized and detail-oriented, as they will be responsible for managing the operation, records, and reports.
  • Strong communication skills are needed, as they must be able to correspond with potential and current internal and external party, make suggestions that improve business processes flow and SOP.
  • Support Operation integrity function i.e. BCP and Projects
  • To ensure all the files and documents is filed and kept properly for future audit purposes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Candidate must have at least 1 years of working experience in operations.
  • Meticulous, strong analytical, focused on problem solving and able to interact with the team members and partners to achieve goals.
  • Ability to work under tight deadline.
  • Familiarity with financial and customer service principles, are added advantage.
  • Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and cost & expenses statistics
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Problem-solving & Positive attitude

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM850.00 per month
