  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Overview:

Athifa Azzahrah Boutique is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Administrative Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers real-world exposure to retail finance and operational administration within a dynamic fashion business environment. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting financial tracking, reporting, and day-to-day administrative functions, contributing to the efficiency and sustainability of both online and physical store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and reconcile daily sales and expenses across all e-commerce platforms and the physical store.
  • Assist with invoice processing, supplier payments, and petty cash tracking.
  • Monitor operational spending and assist in preparing basic financial reports.
  • Organize and maintain accurate financial documentation (both digital and physical).
  • Generate reports using SiteGiant and internal management tools.
  • Provide administrative support for the finance and operations teams.
  • Participate in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving work processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in one of the following or related fields:

- Accounting o Finance

- Commerce

- Business Administration (Finance / Operations)

- Financial Technology

- Office Management & Administration

- Banking and Financial Services

- Retail Management

  • Strong attention to detail, with analytical and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and administrative procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of accounting or POS systems is an advantage.
  • High sense of integrity, responsibility, and discretion.
