Office Support:
Assist in day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain a clean and organized office environment. Order and manage office supplies and equipment as needed.
Data Entry and Documentation: Assist in data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Create and update filing systems for easy document retrieval.
Communication: Assist in responding to emails and phone inquiries. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for staff members. Assist in drafting internal and external communications.
Project Support: Provide support for various projects, including research, data analysis, and report generation. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Administrative Tasks: Assist in preparing and processing invoices and expense reports. Support HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or diploma program in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A proactive and adaptable attitude.
