About the role:

The Property Operations & Tenant Relations Executive is responsible for overseeing the physical operations of designated properties and fostering positive relationships with tenants. This role involves site supervision, addressing tenant needs and concerns, and ensuring the upkeep and functionality of the properties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the condition of the properties, including drainage systems and identifying potential soil erosion issues.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Identify and report maintenance needs, coordinating with relevant personnel or external contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of the properties.
  • Tenant Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Occupancy Checks: Regularly check on occupancies and address any issues related to tenant well-being or property usage.
  • Tenancy Renewals (Operational Aspect): Participate in the tenancy renewal process by conducting property inspections and communicating relevant operational information to tenants.
  • Regulatory Interaction (Operational Aspect): Assist in liaising with Regulatory Authorities (R.A.) on site-related matters and ensuring compliance with operational requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational issues and tenant concerns in an efficient and effective manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Property Development/ Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in property management, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on tenant relations.
  • Ability to conduct site inspections and identify maintenance needs.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Basic understanding of property maintenance and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with relevant local regulations (an advantage)
  • Willing to be based in Cameron Highlands

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
