Role Summary
As a member of the Finance Regional Team, the Account Payable, Southeast Asia to handle across Legrand entities in Southeast Asia. She/He ensures strict compliance with local legislation in regards of statutory reporting. She/He will also ensure completion of Group Reporting in accordance with the Group rules and within defined deadlines.
Role Responsibilities
Processes invoices to performs three-way matching
* Manages daily workflows resolves discrepancies in collaboration with other departments.
* Manage monthly expenses claims
* Manage weekly or Monthly VAT and Withholding tax report and timely submission
* Manage month-end and year-end closing task.
* Responsible for day to day accounting operations and filling system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
* Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Role Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
* At least 5 years working experience in related field, knowledge and experience in accounting
* Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
* In-depth knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.
* Analytical, resourceful, organised and able to work independently.
* Self-disciplined highly organized and work well under pressure
* Required Skills): MS Word, MS Excel, ERP Accounting System.

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
