Operation Executive (Part Time)

There will be 2 options on the timing for this part time role.

Option 1 - Mon- Fri (9am- 1pm)/ (1pm-5pm)

Option 2- Mon- Fri (9am-6pm)

  • To response, handle resolve customer inquiries and service across different channels which include calls/ emails / on a timely manner.
  • Carry out the daily administration tasks with efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and organize office systems, including filing, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, pantry replenishment, stationery replenishment, office maintenance (Air conditioner service & Misc general upkeep and maintenance).
  • To communicate and liaise with any third-party vendors when the situation arises (Ex: IT Technical support, handy man, pest control etc).
  • Petty cash management.
  • To perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or its equivalent.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 4 hours a day work everyday from Monday to Friday).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good command of the English language is a must.
  • Well organized, with excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties, honest and trustworthy.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
