Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing role to lead data-driven digital marketing initiatives, focusing on paid advertising, conversion rate optimization (CRO), customer acquisition, and ROI-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in e-commerce performance marketing, digital ad platforms, and marketing automation to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution to drive online marketing efforts and ensure Elevete Patisserie continues to thrive in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, including SEO/SEM strategies.

Implement data-driven strategies to improve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization to maximize ROAS.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and optimize customer journey by implementing data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates.

Manage e-commerce marketing strategies, optimizing online customer journey and improving conversion rates with promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.

Optimize website performance by working closely with web developers and designers to enhance user experience and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

Develop personalized email marketing and retargeting strategies to nurture leads and improve retention.

Implement and manage automation strategies tools for email marketing, retargeting, and customer segmentation to streamline customer engagement.

Generate reports on campaign performances by utilizing data analytics to measure e-commerce KPIs, campaign effectiveness, refine marketing strategies and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, competitor strategies, and best practices to stay competitive.

Skills

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and data visualization tools.

Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp).

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Effective project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce and proven track record of driving measurable results.

Certification in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads are a plus.
