Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who is passionate about storytelling, visual aesthetics, and engaging digital content. This role is responsible for producing high-quality content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Brand Storytelling

  • Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas to enhance brand awareness, engagement and conversion.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and competitor strategies to create fresh and relevant content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and messaging.

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Develop, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content for social media platforms.
  • Create compelling captions, stories, and posts that align with Elevete Patisserie’s brand identity.
  • Plan and execute content calendars to ensure a consistent brand presence.
  • Manage daily posting schedules and community engagement across social platforms.

Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for content partnerships.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build a strong online community.
  • Monitor audience feedback and trends to enhance social media engagement.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Analyze content performance using social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and follower growth.
  • Test different content formats and strategies to optimize social media impact.

Skills

  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar.
  • Strong photography and videography skills, including editing for social media platforms.
  • Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
  • Passion for food content and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent writing skills for captions and storytelling.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using data-driven insights to optimize creative strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Critical thinking
  • Knowledge of the F&B industry and customer behaviour trends is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in social media content creation, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience in creating engaging visual content that enhances brand visibility, increases follower growth, boosts engagement rates, and converts audiences across social media platforms.
