  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support sales activities and assist customers through various sales channels
  • Manage social media postings and promptly respond to customer inquiries
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services with compelling arguments to both existing and prospective customers
  • Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Proactively reach out to customer leads via cold calling
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints efficiently to ensure maximum satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and outcomes within the designated timeline
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts
  • Analyze market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services
  • Willingness to work extra shifts when needed

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of SPM, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the field
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written; additional languages are a bonus
  • Confident in client correspondence over the phone
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
