
Account Assistant AR
Job Responsibilities:
Assist superior to ensure all financial activities are completed timely and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines and policies
Financial activities included but not limited to:
Assist in preparing and entering receipts into the system
Assist in Daily, Weekly and Monthly closing activities and reporting. This includes preparation of customer statements and aging.
Assist in checking bank statement and collection in system
Other adhoc task related to AR related job scope
Assist superior to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of documentary transactions
Participate in process/continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with all stakeholders and as a team with other team members to ensure end deliverables and Team Objective are met
Perform all other related tasks assigned from time to time by superiors/managers
Job Requirements:
Candidate must be possessing at least a SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Meticulous, analytical and a high degree of agility.
Proactive in resolving matters, while being able to manage time effectively.
Highly committed and able to work independently.
The ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment is essential.
Experience in a similar role is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
