We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations related to insurance processing, documentation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle insurance-related documentation including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and claims.
  • Liaise with insurance companies and customers regarding policy inquiries and claim processes.
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents such as cover notes, certificates of insurance, and quotations.
  • Maintain and update insurance records and databases accurately.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding their insurance coverage and status.
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up on insurance claims.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding insurance-related matters.
  • Perform general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Automotive, Insurance, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Prior experience in vehicle insurance or claims processing is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • High attention to detail, responsible, and well-organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
