Job description

Responsibility

  • Efficiently receive and process purchase orders.
  • Promptly issue accurate sales transaction invoices.
  • Thoroughly verify orders, including customer information and payment details.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records regularly.
  • Compile comprehensive monthly sales reports.
  • Establish and uphold organized filing systems to ensure document traceability and systematic updates in the system.
  • Effectively oversee daily operations and administrative tasks for the sales and operations team.
  • Manage claims and commission matters proficiently for the team.
  • Generate timely and precise sales reports, ensuring reliability.
  • Responsively handle customer inquiries via phone and social media platforms.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and provide prompt responses between customers, sales, and operations.
  • Prepare concise and informative meeting minutes weekly.
  • Offer additional administrative support to the sales department upon request.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent
  • Language required: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Pleasant personality
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task, well organized, excellent in time management with good follow up skill
