JOB SCOPE
1. Checking staff attendance and leave from production and office for payroll purposes and assisting in cross-checking with payroll-related matters. Sending individual payslips to all staff.
2. Prepared a memo and notice if necessary. Communicate with office and production staff. Assist in implementing the rules and regulations made for the office and production line especially for safety purposes.
3. Prepare and issuing letters (warning letter, offer letter, confirmation letter & etc.)
5. Posting Vacancy, arrange and or conducting interview and prepare hiring process.
6. Manage and Handling foreigner issue i.e insurance, passport, permit, medical check-up.
7. Arrange / coduct training for relevant staff.
8. Assisting with ISO procedure.
9. etc..
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
