Responsibilities & Duties

  • To ensure payroll is completed accurately and in a timely basis
  • To ensure all monthly and yearly statutory related matters are in compliance with the rules & regulations and submit on time.
  • To provide clerical and general administrative support to superior and assist with day-to-day operations human resource functions and duties.
  • To issue letter of transfer, bank letter and other human resource related letter.
  • To maintain employees' record by entering and updating employment and status change data.
  • To file all documents up to date in the personal files
  • To calculate and verify employees' monthly allowances and overtime.

Job Requirements

  • Certificate / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent discipline
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in relevant field is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Good written and spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
