Responsibilities & Duties
- To ensure payroll is completed accurately and in a timely basis
- To ensure all monthly and yearly statutory related matters are in compliance with the rules & regulations and submit on time.
- To provide clerical and general administrative support to superior and assist with day-to-day operations human resource functions and duties.
- To issue letter of transfer, bank letter and other human resource related letter.
- To maintain employees' record by entering and updating employment and status change data.
- To file all documents up to date in the personal files
- To calculate and verify employees' monthly allowances and overtime.
Job Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent discipline
- 1 - 2 years of working experience in relevant field is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good written and spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
