Inventory Assistant (Warehouse) - FMCG Industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee Warehouse Inbound, Outbound, and Trade Return Operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
- Ensure accurate records for Warehouse Inbound, Outbound, and Trade Return Operations.
- Handle operational issues and provide solutions.
- Supervise daily activities of warehouse staff (6 people).
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (Reach Truck, Forklift, Power Pallet Truck) as needed.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance and productivity.
- Maintain records, report necessary information, and prepare required documents.
- Coordinate daily housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Manage Daily Cycle Counts and Stock Takes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- Good hand-eye coordination and safety awareness.
- Proficient in SAP and Excel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts (Weekly Rotational Shift, following supervisor’s schedule).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
