
Supply Chain Manager
Key responsibilities:
Procurement & Vendor Management
· Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans.
· Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance.
· Ensure cost-efficient and timely procurement of materials and services.
Digital Transformation & Process Optimization
· Implement digital tools and automation to enhance supply chain efficiency.
· Leverage data analytics for informed decision-making.
· Optimize system integration for real-time tracking and reporting.
Assets, Logistics & Inventory Management
· Oversee warehouse, distribution, and transportation operations.
· Optimize assets & inventory levels to balance cost and availability.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Project Cost Control & Credit Control
· Collaborate with Finance & Contracts Department to monitor and manage project costs to ensure budget adherence.
· Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
· Oversee credit control processes, including vendor and client payment terms.
· Work closely with finance teams to mitigate financial risks and improve cash flow.
Cost Control & Efficiency Improvement
· Identify cost reduction opportunities across the supply chain.
· Analyse financial and operational data to minimize waste and inefficiencies.
· Implement best practices for budget management and financial forecasting.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
